TSAO Consultants, Inc., a Texas based corporation, was established in 2000 by Mr. Wan Yun Tsao, P.E., S.E., to offer structural engineering services to the construction industry. Mr. Tsao graduated from Tamkang University with a BS degree and obtained his MS degree in Structural Engineering from North Dakota State University in 1979. He has been practicing in the structural engineering field for more than 30 years. He has a wide range of experience in analysis and design of all types of structural systems. In addition to being skilled with AutoCAD, he is proficient in computer assisted structural analysis and design programs. He has developed numerous structural design computer programs himself. He is an expert in the design of light gauge steel structures and he is also proficient in structural analysis and design in high seismic risk regions. He is committed to offering quality structural engineering services to his clients.
TSAO Consultants is currently certified as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) by the Texas Procurement and Support Services and as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency.
